Track Night

Tonight I hit the track for some intervals 12x400m with one minute rest. Testing out the legs to see what this Sunday's race will be like for me. First lap was a brisk 1:18:40 (5:13 per mile) the last lap was 1:26:14 (5:44 per mile). I stayed under 1:30 for every lap. Once I did my cool down I still felt like I could give a few more laps. All that rest in Feb might payoff.

Tomorrow will be a road run maybe six miles or so.
